former fondouk of the Quaïd Mbark Saïdi, luxuriously

Oualidia
2-day Trip
|
At approximately 200 Km from Marrakesh is the beach of Oualidia,
the most calm one of the Atlantic coast. This magnificent beach
is sheltered by a natural barrier. It is a unique site where the
ocean forms a lagoon and where it is great for a promenade.
| It is the dreamed place for those who want to
discover another part of the Atlantic coast, oysters and fresh
fishes which local fishermen will make them roast directly
on the beach.
You can make a stop in Safi, famous city for its high-quality
ceramic and visit the Souk of Potters before taking the
road for Oualidia.
Sea resort full of charm and fishermen's peaceful village,
between sea and lagoon (with its oysterbeds!), halfway between
El Jadida and Safi Oualidia is very appreciated by fish
and shellfish amateurs.

A beautiful beach in handle, protected from the ocean by a bar
of islands, where it is pleasant to bath and to practise windsurfing.
Bird amateurs will have the occasion to admire flamingos, gulls,
barges and stilts.
You will find a quiet, sweet and serene hospitality at the Ostrea
hotel.
The hotel has nothing of a luxury hotel but it is clean and the
service is very correct.

The restaurant is excellent with a seafood menu, remarkable
fresh fishes and shellfishes at very reasonable prices.
